PARALYSIS OUTBREAK
(Received 6, 1.4 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 5. The third case of infantile paralysis in Devon has hastened preventive measures. The latest case is a pupil Qf Smoton School, which is the third to be closed in a fortnight within 15 , miles.
