(Received 6, 1.40 .p.m.) TANGIERS, Nov. 5. Intornational police are investigating an attaclc by 'Spanish Nationalists on five iishermen whose craft whs boarded by nien w\?h machine-guns within tcrritorial waters. Three fishermen broke free and swam to the beach. When one of tho judges of the Tangiers Mixed Court was walking to the shore he found a body, i^liich was identified as that of one of the fishermen who had not escaped. The fate of the fifth is not kno\vn.
