ATHLETE'S TRANSFER
Mr R. H. Cabot for Napier The transfer to Napier of B. H. Cabot, of the Government Life Assurance Department, will add another distinguished athlete of national rank to the growing band already in Napier. Mr Cabot, who arrives to take up (his new position shortly, has the proud record of having been unplaced se /en times only in 94 walking races, He was runner-up for Ihe New Zeaalnd national one-mile and thfee-mile championships in 1927-29-31-33, and, in addition to playing goif, tennis and badniinton, has been prominent in. shooting and debating.
