British Organisation Has Proved a Success
(Received 4, 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Nov. 3. Referring to the development of Britain's air defences in a speecb, Viscount Swinton, SecretAry of Stafe for air, said that in time of war the motor industry would have to concentrate the greater part of its activities on aircraft production. Already, within a year, that jplan for increased production had proved a complete success. They not only had these great factories established, but were turning ' out the most complicatod engines tlie world qould produce. \
