Duke and Duchess VISIT TO WHITE HOUSE (Received 4, 8.45 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 3. The Duke and Duchess of Windsor, who arrived yesterday in the Bremen, will spend 36 hours at Washington, where they will proceed shortly. Besides a visit to President Roosevelt, they will be tendered a dinner at the British Embassy, and they are expected to make a nation-wide wireless address. The B.B.C. does not propose to relay the Duke 's broadcast on December J2. It will be his first broadcast since his abdication speech.
