2ZL Children'* Concert at Haumoana The popularlty of the 2ZL children's circle revue, "A Visit to Radxoland" eontinues with increasing fervour. Last •vening this talented company of children, under the direction of "Uncle Ed" . and "Aunt Gwen", visited Haumoana and attracted the biggest audience that has ever assembled in the beach hall since its extention. A full, bright and varied show was provided, the programme being dne of exceptional interest tbroughout, possessing a pleasing quality of surprise. Special lighting arrangements and scene effects added to the effectiveness of the costuming and altogether the show was'an outstanding one. •The performance was given on behqlf of the beach hall funds, and Mr W. Cockerell, representing the committee} thanked tHe performers at the conelusion of the programme and declared that he consldered the show the finest entertainmenfe tbat he bad seen in the hall. The ladies committee provided the performers after the show with a refreshing supper and1 here again opportunity was taken to congratulate the children on their splendid efforts.
