REPATRIATION PROBLEM
Stranded Spanish Ship^s Crew (Received 3, 8.45 a.m.) ALGIERS, Nov. I. The authorities are in a quandary regarding the repatriation uf 123 members of the crew of the ship Cabo san Totome, whicli is stranded at Algiesrs. The men wished to go to Slarseilles in the North African mail boat L'Amoriciere, but when they went aboard L'Amoriciere's crew refused to eail without the eseort of a French war*ship, fearing that the (iresence of so inany Spanish Government supporters would invite attack. They refused an oflier of a seaplane escorfc, so the Cabo san Totoinoe's men were landed again. \
