NON-INTERVENTION Resolution to Give Effect To British Plan OBJECTIONS WAIVED
(Received 3, 2.30 p.m.) RUOBY, Nov. 2. To-day's meeting of the Non-Inter-vention Sub-committee decided to submit to a meeting of tlie full committee on Thursday a resolution embodying a programme for giving efiect to the British plan, and a proposal that the chairman should be autbonsed to approaeh tbe two sides in Spain at once. Tlie decision has averted a tkreatened deadlock, italy, Germany and Portugal waiving their objections, at least temporarily.
