VISIT TO HAWAII
Duke and Duchess oi Windsor REPORTED SIX-WEEKS STAY (Received 3, 8.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 2. newspapers reproduce a eopylighted story from the Honolulu Ad▼ertiser stating that the Duke and Duchess of Windsor have arranged a gix-weeks visit to Hawaii. They wilj orrive iu a Pan-Araerican clipper on December 16 accompanied by Mr William Randolph Hearst and Mr and Mrs James Cromwell. A message from New Jersey says that Mr Cromwell admitted that he and his wife were flying to Sonolulu early in December but denied they would be accompanied by the Duke and Duehessj whom he had never raet. Mr Charles Bedaux, who arrived at New York in connection with the Duke'a visit, brusquely told newspaperinen he had seen no indications that " the Wiudsors possessed "ascist sympatbies, He added that. tbe Duke was managing his owu tnp and that he c'id not know his plans. ll'here was a coincidence when Mr Erfaest • Simpson landed a few hours earlier. His visit is reported to be m connection with a shipping deai. His atfability disarmed interviewers. He . refused to discuss the Duchess.
