Levvey, for sen- , ienee on two charges, that between . June 22? 1936, and July 30, 1937, being claimant for a pension under the War Pensions Aet, 1915, and amendments, he did not disclose particulars of his property or income and that between the same dates he made to the oflBcers doing duty in relation to the War Pensions Act 1915, statements or docu* ments which were false in important particulars. He was convicted and ^ordcred to. come up for sentence . if called upon within six months on the understanding that he would be called up for sentence at the close of the criminal sesfiions in Februlary.
