AUGKLAND, Last Night. A further section of the railway dupJieation between Auckland and Frankton Junction is to be opened in thf lirst week of December said the Minister of Railways, the Hon. D. G. Bullivan, this morning. This section of 3^ miles is between Horotiu and Ngaruawahia. Mr Sullivan . said that the section between .
