A lettef was also enclosed from the Small Farms Board, agreeing to> releaso approximately 520 acres from the development scheme on tho area for an aerodrome, provided that the airport board: — (1) Arranges fer a contribution in capitai of £6485 0/11, being the estiihated proportion of the tatai capitai reClamation and development costs Which Should be earried by this area. (2) Would pay an annual inaintenance cost of £248 10/-, beittg the estimated amount for roading and drainage maintenance. (3) Would impose no reStnction 'on the erection of telelione yr (power lines on the internal roads Unle&s it agreCs to bear t'he additional cost of putting such services undergrotmd.
