Transfer to Barcelona MORE GL'ASSES CALLED UP (Received 1, 10.50 a m.) VALENOIA,' Oct. 31. Senor Azana, the President, has signed decrees traaisfering the seat of Government to Barcelona. and also calling to the colours the 1939 army class. Fifty thousand inhabitants of Valencia are preparing to follow the Government to Barcelona.
