The "Council on Cnrrent Affairs," On unofflcial body consisting of indusirialists and members of the Lower HOuse, has iBsued a manifesto accusfng Britain of failing to observe neutr&lity Jaws, pursuing an arrogant and insulting attitude to Japan, consistently assisting China, and inspiring the Brussels Conference. The movement is seeking to make nrticulate the undercurrent of hostility that has been apparent recently.
