Ashley Clinton Meeting . Afc the monthly meeting of tlie Ashley Clinton Women's Institute, Miss Wilson- presided. Mrs F. Severinseu gave a report on the Federation meeting, for which she was thanked. An interesting demonstration was given by Mrs Oldershaw, of trinket boxea made from glass. She was accorded m hearty vote of thanks. The results of the competitions were as follow: — Madiera cake, Mrs Pedersen. Most articles in a match hox4 Miss Dampney. Hostesses for the afternoon wero Mesdames Britton and Olsen. The afternoon ended with the sfnging'of tho National Anthem.
