WELLINGTON, Last Night. Aa earnest request to citizens and traffic authoritjes throughout New Zealand to observe the Armistice Day praotice of two minutes' silence from II a.m, and the suspension of all vehicular traffic duirng that period is made by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon, M, J. SavagCj in a Gazette notice I issued to-night. It is suggested that whero a fixed service is held it should be at the local Cenotaph or War Memorial,
