(Received 29, 1.20 p.ni.) LONDON, Oct. 28. At a meeting of Primo Carnera's, the boxer's, creditors it was disclosed that there wero no assets but that liabilities totalled £4323, consisting of incometax £124 and breach of promise damages due to Emilia Teraini £4200. Since October, 1936, Carnera has earned £520 from exhibition sparring,

mainly in Italy. The money was spent in living expenses. - The estate was left in the hands of th© Official Receiver. The Bankruptcy Oourt has given Carnera permission to leave the country for six weeks.
