Hastings and Disjtrict Scots Society Tke Hastings and District Scots' Society held its iuontkly Ingleside in the Oddfellows' liall. Tke Ckiei' reminded tke members of tke Hallow'een night, wkick will be celebrated as usual by way of a party to the members' children. An invita-r Uon was also extended to tke members of tke society to a garden party to bo lield at Mr and Mrs. H. A V. C. Baird's home on November 29. During tke evcning wkjte keatker, fiom tke Royal estate at Balmoral was dist-ributed to tke members tkrougk tke courtesy of The Scotsman, Edinburgk.
