Avenol, received a eablegram from tke Government of Nicaragua concerning tke frontier incidents, and tke afpair sub$equent]y led to various telegrams from botk Nicaragua and Ilonduras, wkick were communicated to the States' memkers. Ifc relates to frontier delimitation, Nicaragua disputing the arbituil award by the King of Spain in 1906 concerning the frontier of Honduras and Nicaragua. Nicaragua asserts and Honduras denies that Nicaraguan nationals inhabiting Honduras are being ill-treated.
