A Japanese Estimate, (Received. 27, 11.30 a.m.) SHANGHAI, Oct. 26. The Japanese cut the Skanghai-Nan-king Railway slightly east of Nanh■iang. They ex)pect the Chinese to withdraw from Kiangwan and Chapei to-night. The Japanese spokesman estimates that the Chinese casualties to October J3 total 250,000, of wbich number #7,000 have been left on the battlefield.
