Mr. W. S. Holland, of Napier, who is at present in England, is at the London Refraction Hospital. Archdeacon H. Mayo-Harris, of the Diocese ot Poiynesia, will leave London by the Remuera on December 16 ior New Zealand. 8ir James Steei-Maitland, managingdiiector of lste'g Steel Produots (N.Z.) Ltd., who has taken up residence again in Havelock North, aiter a business trip tp England and Canada, is qn a bnef visit to Wellington. Mr. H. L. Baker, of Gisborne, a graduate of Yiccona University College Wellington, was in London this mouth on his way to Paris as a scholarship holder. He inteuds to study lor two years at tlie Sorbunne to qbtam a ductorate of the Unxversity of Paris.
