Loading Power-poles.
The stop-bank which is being constructed for flood-protection at Waipukurau will cross the pole dump leased trom the Railway Department by the Oenti'al Hawke's JBay Powcr Board, whero poles are at present dropped dircct from trucks. When the bank is built, it will be neeessary to have a i-uiup so that poles cau be liandled witk^ut damage to the bank. The board is iiegoliating witn tho Kailwavs and Public Works Depurtineute to hu%e this fforide^
