WINDSORS' TOUR OF U.S.

No Official Connection (Received 23 8.45 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 21. Mr H. L. Ickes, Secretary of the Department of the Interior, told newspapermen that the Government . was shunning ofiicial connection with the tour of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. He Said the Government had informed theoi that their agents must work out their own itinerary and puhlicity. He understood that the Duke was. coming incognito, and the Government did not want to embarrass him.
