Tribal Refugees Massing 1TALY ANGRY WITH BRITAIN (Received 23, 8.45 a.m.) ROME, Oct. 22. Italy is angry at Britain for allowing a concentration of Abyssinian refugees in Kenya, near the frontier. It is clajmed that sucb an action is an unfriendly raove toward Italy, and that it will encourage sedition on the frontier. The Aziano Coloniale says:—Italy is closely watching what ig happening on the frontiers of her new empire. Anyono who wants to disturb or threaten her interests by sucli means should know that he is following the wrong path. "It is all the more wrong because it is certainly not the path leading to good relatioiis between the Italian Empire and the neighbouriug territory."
