Minister Explains New Regulation WELLINGTON, Last Night. "TJnder the existing regulations the export of all coins, silver or bronze, is prohibited, while on the import side there* is an embargo placed on isilver coins onlyr," stated tlio Minister of Finance, tbe Hon. W. Nasli, in a statement on an Order-in-Council published in the Gaaette to-night, and which places an embargo on the importation of bronze coins.
