FOR SENTENCE

Gordon Ernest Drury, a labourer of Hastings, aged 30 years, appeared in the Hastings Police Court this morning before Messrs. D. MeLeod and F, J. Hull, J.P.'s, charged with having indecently assaulted a small girl at Hastings on October 18. DetectiveSergeant L. R'evell conducted the case for the police. An order was made for the Court to be cleared and the names of all witnesses in the case were suppressed. Upon accused' s plea of guilty he was commiiied to the Supreme Court at , Napier for sontcacc.
