Regulations Revised

WELLINGTON, Last Night. Revised regulatioiis covering tbe New Zealand Division of the Royal Navy has been gazetted. The underlying objeqt, is to make more definite the provisions relating fo promotion to warrant rank, time on probation, discharge by purchase, promotion of stokers to commissioned rank and deferred pay of officers jmd men. Slany regulations are necessitated as a result of tbe intention to have eventually 10D per cent. New Zealand ratings.
