Channel Shipping Held Up SEVERAL FATALITIES OCCUR (Received 22, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 21. Shipping in the Channel, the North Sea and the Baltic is at a standstill owmg to widespread fogs. Thc German steamerg Wastfalia and fecliwalbe collided off North Holland. Thf Westfalia was sunk and seven oi the crew were drowned. An R.A.F. plane crashed in the fog, and three were killed.
