DY ORDER IN COUNCIL, made and issued by His Excellency the Governor-General in Council on the 20th day of October, ,1937, under the authority of the ab6ve Act, it was determined that the duty by way of land-tax leviable iinder the said Act should be paid in.bne sum on FRIDAY, the 5th day of Novembcr, 1937, at the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, .Government Buildings, Wellington, C. lj' and, in accordance with such Order in Council, 3? hereby give notice that the said duty will bo p'ayable accordingly. Additional tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before 26th November, 1937# The liability to pay is not suspended by any objectiou. The taX should be paid on or before tlie prescribed date, otherwise the additional percentage accrues; any overpayment will be adjusted by rel'und. The demands will be posted from the office of the Commissioner- of Taxes on or about 29th October, 1937.
