JUDGES' COMMENTS

■ LINCOLNS AND LEICESTERS All the Lincolns were entered by the one exhibitor, Mr Wm. Raynar and, accordin'g to the judge. Mr D. Walker, of Taiakitahuna, Palmerston North, all were typical of the breed. The winning ewe hogget was a very niee sheep. No English Leicesters were' entered. "The old breed seems to be dying out' of this country," commented the judge.
