Waipukurau Meeting

The monthly meeting of the Waipukurau Women's Institute was held in the Masonic Hall, Mrs. H. M. Keir presiding. Corrospondence was received from the Southern Hawke's Bay Federation and it was dec-ided to support tho antique exhibition to be held at a later date. The delegate, Mrs. F. Fraser, gave a report on the federation meeting held at Papatawa, After afternoon-tea had been dispensed by Mesdames F. Watson, C. Scherf, H. Williamson, Wadman, G. Wiggins and Townsend, two interesting demonstrations were given, " Making Wood-pulp Flowers," by Miss M. Peterson and "Brass Worlt," by Mrs. F. Watson. .
