Amended Draw for Saturday It has been found necessary to alter the' grounds and draw in tlie sccond round of the Hastings Cricket SubAssociation's second round of matches to be played on Saturday next, October 23. The amended fixtures ar© as follows : Havelock (Gear) v. Otane at Havelock. High School A v. High School B. (This mateh will be played later in the season.) Whakatu (Gear) v. Hastings H.S.O.B., Nelson Park No. 1. Mahora (G.) v. Hastings, Nelson Park No. 2. Fruitworkers (G.) v. Rughy, Cornwall Park No. 3. Teams playmg at Nelson Park inust use wickets marked 1 and 2, as thoso numbered 3 and 4 are being prepared lor Labour J)ay 'games. SENIOR CO MPETITION. The first round or matches in the Hawke's Bay Cricket Association's senior competition which commences cn Saturday, are as iollows: — Hastings H.S.U.B. (G.) v. Nalder H.S.O.B., C'ornwall Park No. 1. Hastings (G.) v. Rugby, Cornwali Park No, 2. T.G.O.B. v. United, Napier No. 1. ' The liours oi play in all matches are lrom 1.45 p.m. to (5.15 p.in. Evory teain is requeaiod to supply an umpire. LABOUR DAY FIXTURES. Endeavonrs are being made to pia} two senior and two junior Napier v. Hastings matches on Labour Day, aud players will be advised on or before Saturday as to the teams they are reguired for. One senior and one junior game -will be played in Hastings and •imilar fixtures will take place in Napier. The hours of play will be from a,m; till 6.15 , t ' » '• . / y * i
