Mr. Lyons Appeals for Care DELICATE SITUATION (Eeceived 20, 8.45 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Oct. 10. The Prime Minister, Mr J. A. Lyons, spoke to-day on Belgium'a invitation to AuuDalia and the other Dominiona to the conference on tho Far East situation. Mr Lyons concluded by saying;—f "My attention has heen directe.d to th© faet that certain organisations contemplata a, boycott of Japanese goods. I appeal to the people to xefrain. from any preoipitate action in this delicato situation, and to leave to the Government the initiation 1 of any measures which might be necessary on behalf of the people of Australia."
