WAIPAWA, Last Night. The annual general meeting oi tho Waipawa Distriet High School Old Pupils' Association was presided over by Mr. E. J. Watts. The elcetion of ofiicors resulted as follows:— -Patron, Mf. H. T. Limbrick; president, Miss E. Gray; vice-presi-dents, Mrs. P. Harwood and Mr. E. J". Watts; auditor, Mr. F. 0. Mitchell; secretary Mr. E C. Kingston; executive committee, Miss J. Noell, Mrs. J. Vaughan, Messrs. H. Weedou and F., W. Holt. It was resolved that 50 badges of tlie design presented to the meeting and approved should be purcliased for sale to members. On the motion of Miss Gray a vote of thanks to tho secretary for his services was recorded in the minutes. A grant of 30/- was made to tho school com-nittee towards the cost of miniature cups and engraving. 3t was resolved to opon an account with the Post Oflice Savings Bank, the secretary being empowered to operate. A vote of thanks was accorded to the rotiring president.
