On Monday last the singing group oi the British Musi-e Sdciety spent a very interesting evening at the home of Mrs parkinson, Knight street, Hastings. The aubject for the evening was the folk songs of different countriesf and articles on the origin and eollecting oi" folk music were read by'MisS Williams.
