Man Charged with Breach of Probation "Tliis man was allowed liis liberty to see the probation officer about the payment of the money, but he went away after that, and the officer has not seen him since," said Senior-Sergeant A. Pender in the Napier Magistrate's Court this morning when Patrick John McGloyne failed to appear on ,an adjourned charge for breach of probation. Mr. J. Miller, S.M., stood the case down pending inquiries by the probation officer.
