American Shipment (Received 18, 8.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, Oot 16. A massage from Wilmiagton states that 300 tons of T-N.T,, valued at 125,000 dollars, was sold by the Dupont Co. to China and shipped via Germany The company to-day issued a statement in which it said that the company had not accepted any orders from China and Japan since the conflict started. The shipment ropresenL ed a previous commitment.
