Molony, chief clerk of tlie Stamp Duties Department, and second assistant registrar of companies at Auckland, bas received notipe of bis appointment as distnct land registrar and assistant comhussioner of stamp duties at Gisborne. Mr. Molony joined the Stamp Duties Dcpartmont at Wol lipgton in 1915, apd went to Auckland as cliief clerk in 1926. Since 1928 be bas been returning olficer toi t)ie Auckland Ceutral electorate, and the Auckland licensing district, which ineiudes tbe Auckland Central. eWst and Egst electoral districts.
