Hack Definition. — No horse shall be eligible to start in a "Hack" Eace which has won a race of the value of £250, or races of the collective value of £500, at time of nomination. The amount won by any horse in flat races, burdle races or steeplechases, respectively, shall not render suclt horse ineligible except in the special class of race in which it has won such amount. Penalties. — The winner of any race af'ter the declaration of weights may bo re-haudicapped.
