Sir,— At the last meeting of the board •the question of educationaf qualifications required for girla desirons of taking up nursing training was under consideration, and it was ascertained that the matriculatioh standard 'was not essential, and that two yeaTS at a secondary school is regarded as desirable, although even this standard is not imperative.
