WELLINGTON, Last Night. An amicable settlement has been reached in the dispute between the New Zealand Builders and General Lubourers' Federation and the Hawkes Bay Builders and General Labourers TJnipn. The matter was discussed this week at a meeting of the national executive of the New Zealand Federation of Labour.
