"MTJRDER BY AN ARISTOCRAT" AND "DANGEBOUS WATERS" Onp of the strangest and mopt un« usual mystery dramas to come to hte screen, "Murder by an Aristocrat,", sereens at the Municipal Theatre tonight. Based on one of the most popular novels by Mignon G. Eberhart, the picture is paeked with' thrills aixd exciting incid'euts that kept spectators on the edge of' "their seats with suspense. There is a talented cast which 1b headed by Lyle Talbot and Marguerite Churchill in the romantic roles with Glaire Dodd again port'raying a siren. The plot involves the murder of the black sixeep member of a prond, aristocratic family. The night after the murder, another member of the family is found dead in the attic of the great] mansion, the victim of a noxious drug.
