WELLINGTON, Last Night. A deputation reprcsentative of the Wellington City Council, the Chamber of Commerce, the Harbour Board and other organisations waited on the We) iington district members of Parliameul to-day, urging support for Wellington 's claims to bo tho trans-Tasman air ter minal and the trans-Pacific shipping terminal. 1 The speakers stressed the advantages of Wellington particularly from a central point of view explaining the ecouomies in time and expenditure and , the distribution pf passengers and mails. The Minister of Transport proniised to get an expert opinion from the ground engineer of Pan-American Airways respecting Wellington 's facilities Mr R. McKeen, M.P., said he had discussed the question with the Hon. W. Nash, the Hon. P. C, Webb and the Hon, M.
