It is a story thafc carries with it abundant laughs and some extremeiy aproarious situations and surprises. • It «il centres around Pat Caverley, a vivacious young bundle of femininity whose grandfather is the Duke of Bridgewater. The Duke is an eeeentric old boy to whom the mere thought of a woman about the ptace is .poison. itself — let aione have her as an heir. Consequently, when he receives a fetter addr^sing bim as "Dear Grandfather," which is signed "Pat Caverley," he yeDg "Hurrahf a male heir," jumps for joy and immediately despatches his seeretary, Grey, to fetcb the young feitow from Paris. But when Grey *reaches Paris the "young fellow', is in s^ria, and rightly so, for Pat torns out to be Patncia and not Patrjck at all I Grey knows that it would be quite impossible to take the Duke's relative back in this form so he decides that she must become a boy for her own «ak© as well as that of the Duke, She does, and what fun ensuesf Aiso on Ihe programme is "Party Wire," another hilarious comedy.
