Italians and iiermans ra . China FRIENDSHIP WITH JAPAN (Beceived 14, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 13. The Tokio correspondent of The Times saye that the Japanese newspepers give prominence to messages from Bome announcing that Signor MussoBni has ordered ltalian aviation instructors to discontinuo service with the Chinese Govornment. The step is rcportcd to have been taken in accordance with Signor Mussolini's agreement with Herr Hitler, who is recalling Gerniane who have lbeen training the Chinese Army. The Japanese Press also expresses gratitude for Italy'a and Germahy's powerful friendship which. it is suggested, will enable the - Japanese to carry on in the event of a boycott by others.
