Hack Delinition. — No horse shall be eligible to start in a iHack,, Race which has won a race of the value of £250, or racos of the colleclive value of £500, at time of nomination. The amount .won by any horse in 'flat races, hurdle raees or steeplechases, respec■tively, shall not render such horse ineligible exeept in the special class of race in which it has won such amount. Penaltios. — The winner of any race after the declaration of weights may be re-handicapped. Ee-handieaps to be declared not later than seventy-two hours after the advertised time of the race won. 1. — All nominations made by teiegram must be confirmed by letter immediately afterwards. 2. — All entries to be addressed to the Secretary, with entrance money enclos- * ed, giving the name, age, description, pedigree, name of trainer and coloure of rider (uuless registered).
