I.O.O.F. OFFICERS
. Installation Ceremony The usual meeting of Karamu Lodge, No. 47, 1.O.O.E., was held in the Buffalo Hall, there being a good attendance of members and visiting brethren. The main business was the installation of officers for the ensuing term. At the conclusion of the usual business the D.D.G.M. Bro. A. M. Jane, p.G., who is also secretary of Karamu Lodge, assisted by Past Grands of Star of Napier Lodge No. 65, perfonned the installation ■ceremony in a most impressive manner. Officers were installed as follow: — I.P.N.G-, Bro. A. G. Carey; N.G., Bro. G. E. Appleby; V.G.a Bro. A. G. O. Edwards; reeording secretary, Bro. C. Broadlmrst; treasurer, Bro. A. ,E. Person, P.G.; warden, Bro. J. Sadler; conductor, Bro. A. AJlison; chaplain, Bro. F. D. G. Walker; guardian, Bro. P. Norman, P.G.; R.S.N.G., Bro. H. ECampin, P.G.; L.S.N.G., Bro. L. F. Tayler, P.G.; E.S.Y.G., Bro. E. C. Rawlings; L.S.Y.G., Bro. S. Warren; R.S.S., Bro. E. C. Heaton; L.S.S., Bro. M. Peters When lodge closed supper was partalcen of and brought to a conclusion a most successful meeting.
