Thc performance was given on behalf of the Fernhill Women's Instit.ute, to whom all the proceeds were given. The programrae was a revelation, to those present, for it was a particularly bright one with plenty of entertaining little sketches and a variety of items by gaily costumed. performers. At the conclusion of the prograrame Mrs Davies. president of the institute, expressed thanks to Uncle Kd and Aunt Gwen and the perfprmers, and -following gupper, the hall was cleared for dancing,' this portion of the night's entertainmeut being arranged by the institute.
