(Eeeeived 13, 10.40 a.m.) PEIPING, Oct. 12. The aneient capital, named Peiping by the Nanking Government in 1928, kas been renamed Peking by tke Japanese authorities. Tke use of tke •lame Peiping will be forbidden from morrow.
