Tke Supreme Court rejected tke petU tion of Mr Albert Levitt, formerly tke assistant-Attorney-General, wko sougkt permission to file a siiit for tke purpose of unseating tke newly-appointed Mr Justice Blaclc from tke Supreme Court Benck on tke grounds of a legal tecknicality. Tke court also rejected tke request made by a Boston attorney. Mr Kelly, for a commission to investigate Mr Justice Blacks eligibility.
